      <description>&lt;p&gt;By the end of 2025, the fix for an unreliable agent had a shape, and the shape was more agents. The diagrams were everywhere: a supervisor agent checking a worker, an evaluator scoring the supervisor, an optimizer tuning the evaluator, an observability layer watching all of it. A single agent could not be trusted, so the answer was a committee of them.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;It looks like sophistication. It is compensation, and it makes the problem worse.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
